Turns out, there is a shortcut that can let you automatically change your iPhone wallpaper with just a tap. Notably, the process of creating invisible widgets for iPhone is almost the same as the normal widgets.
You can move it around the Home screen just like you would any other app. After picking a widget type, use Theme and other tabs that appear to customize other aspects of your widget. Open Widgetsmith and tap a small, medium, or large widget to start editing it.

Or – and this is something I’ve been doing myself – you could search the App Store for native Apple apps and use their default logos as icons to launch different apps or shortcuts. Softicons takes the original app icons for the iOS and adds rounded edges making the app logo softer. It keeps the original design scheme intact which means you won’t have to compromise on changing the stock layout.
